Dr. Mikyung Kim is a dedicated and highly experienced Registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in Ontario. In addition to her naturopathic career, she is a certified iridologist and a member of the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA).
Before her career as an ND, Dr. Kim was a pharmacist and operated her own pharmacy in Korea for over 25 years. Driven by a passion for patient care, she continuously sought to expand her knowledge across various fields. She studied Asian Medicine, becoming a licensed Asian medicine pharmacist in Korea. She holds a master’s degree in naturopathic Rehabilitation and a PhD in Medical Nutrition. Recognizing that illnesses often stem from both physical and mental stress, she pursued certifications in Reiki, Avatar, and NLP practitioner courses. Since 1990, she has been dedicated to identifying the root causes of her patients' illnesses, addressing medical, nutritional, and mental aspects.

Dr. Kim is particularly renowned for her expertise in Iridology. Since her introduction to the field in 1999, she has studied and analyzed the iris signs of over 10,000 individuals. This deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and reinforced her belief that illnesses should be treated holistically, considering the entire person rather than just their symptoms.

Dr. Kim advocates for preventive care, helping patients understand the root causes of their conditions to achieve optimal health. Her extensive background in nutrition and pharmacology supports her approach to managing chronic diseases and assisting patients on long-term or multiple medications. pain management, chronic skin issues, digestive disorders, and supporting patients with multiple medications.
