Graduating with honors from St. Francis Xavier University in 2018, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, laying a solid foundation for her journey into the field of healthcare through her studies and by working with the varsity men’s hockey team as their Student Athletic Therapist. Building on this, she recently completed her chiropractic education from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2023.

With a deep-rooted passion for evidence-based healthcare, Dr. Quick is a certified acupuncture practitioner, allowing her to offer a diverse range of therapies to her patients. Her approach to chiropractic care is characterized by its individualized nature, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
Growing up immersed in various sports, she developed an appreciation for the benefits of an active lifestyle. She continues to embrace this passion by participating in sports and maintaining a commitment to physical activity. This personal experience informs her understanding of the challenges her patients may face in maintaining an active lifestyle, and she strives to empower them to overcome such hurdles.
