Dr. Morgan Ramsay, ND focuses her clinical practice in supporting women with insulin resistance, diabetes and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). She is passionate about teaching patients how to best balance their blood sugars through evidence-based nutrition and supplementation protocols, to optimize their fertility, egg and sperm quality and overall reproductive health.
Dr. Ramsay’s strong interest for working with this population was born out of her diagnosis as a type 1 diabetic at the age of 12. She has seen first-hand just how profound an impact blending conventional and naturopathic care can be when working towards your health goals.
As a proud graduate from the University of Guelph's Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences program, dietary counselling is foundational to Dr. Ramsay’s treatment plans. She is enthusiastic about making blood-sugar friendly eating easily integrated and a sustainable part of your every day.
Dr. Ramsay ND obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She is an active member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Following completion of her medical degree, Dr. Ramsay furthered her clinical training to achieve her prescribing license to provide patients with the most comprehensive care.
