She has been supporting families through their healing and reproductive health journeys for over 14 years in the clinic and out in the community. This cost effective method of using 5 ear points has been researched and identified as a non verbal approach to healing for: trauma, grief, addiction recovery and mental wellness. Appointments are not based on symptoms but are delivered as a standard set of points for every patient. The points are left in for 15-30min and appointments can be made as often as every day.
A treatment session perfect for those who are coming weekly or bi weekly. Time is allotted for a treatment session focused on the presenting health issue. Please note that treatments requiring a combination of acupuncture, gua sha, moxibustion or patients requiring a more lengthy follow up discussion are encouraged to book a 60min follow up to allow time for adequate discussion as well as treatment.

Time is alloted for brief follow up discussion and a treatment session that may possibly include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha or moxibustion. Healing as a group and a community has been an integral part of many cultures. It also allows healing sessions to be accessible to everyone. In a group setting, with comfortable clothing on, attendees will relax in a reclined chair or on a yoga mat. Points will be applied to areas that are easy to access (head, ears, arms, lower legs and feet). Many amazing healing points are found in these areas and can affect every part of the body!
CranioSacral Therapy releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Craniosacral Therapy is non-invasive and can be used for a variety of health issues. Craniosacral Therapy supports the central nervous system so that the body can self-correct and heal naturally. The gentle nature of CST allows it to be effective for all ages, from newborns to adults.

A 45min appointment for infants UNDER the age of 24 months The allotted time will allow for discussion with parent or guardian of infant's presenting health concern, assessment of infant and a treatment. Treatment modalities used will include one or a combination of the following techniques: acupressure, tuina, craniosacral therapy and/or tuning forks.

As a group, we often have the same questions as the next person. In some cases, people may present questions that we haven't thought about. There is medicine to coming together as a group and asking/receiving help. This group session will allow a cost effective way to provide at home treatments- including acupressure, auricular therapy, diet and other resources for DIY treatments.
Need to touch base with a question since your last session? This 15min follow up is perfect for an easy and quick discussion with Nadia over the phone or virutal session to bring forth a new concern or to update, change home recommendations, herbal prescriptions.
Are you needing time to discuss your symptoms following an appointment? This 30min virtual appointment can be used to discuss how you have been feeling since your appointment and adjustments/reminders can be made to recommendations made at your last appointment. Acupressure points can also be given/added for self treatment at home.
