SaveI’m Dr. Navi, a chiropractor, doula, and longtime lover of all things birth, babies, and body balance. Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through the incredible (and sometimes overwhelming) journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. My care is gentle, tailored, and deeply collaborative, rooted in the belief that you deserve to feel supported, not just adjusted.
I adapt care based on what feels best for your body and comfort level. Some visits may involve very gentle techniques, while others might include more focused, hands-on work to address deeper tension or restriction. I use a combination of spinal adjustments or mobilizations, soft tissue therapy and specific exercises to support recovery.
