Dr. Negin Misaghi is a naturopathic doctor in London Ontario fully licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Her practice centres around a firm belief in the healing power of nature combined with modern scientific medicine.
Originally following a path to medical school, Dr. Negin became disillusioned by the modern medical machine. This inspired her to seek out an alternative healthcare model – one that puts you, the patient, first.
If you’re searching for a doctor who:
Listens to your health concerns
Takes the time to get to know all the different facets of your health
Approaches your health concerns from a rational, scientific angle
Will help you achieve an optimal state of health, not just provide bandage solutions
You’ll find what you’re looking for with Dr. Negin.

This visit is designed for returning patients who have been away from care for over a year and would benefit from a focused re-assessment. It allows us to reconnect, review any changes in your health, and update your plan to help get you back on track or shift direction as needed. It can also be used to address a more minor or isolated concern that does not require a full, in-depth review. If you are a new patient, please note that this visit is not intended for complex or multi-layered concerns. Due to time limitations, we are unable to complete a comprehensive review of your full health history and all systems, which may limit the depth and accuracy of your care. In these cases, a full Initial Assessment is strongly recommended to ensure nothing important is missed.

Although this gets booked as an "appointment", this is a pre-recorded video. In this video I cover the myths surrounding BHRT, clarify these misconceptions, explain its benefits, and outline why it may be a safe and effective option for many women. In this session, I’ll dive into: The science behind BHRT and why I choose bioidentical hormones for my patients. The key differences between bioidentical and synthetic hormones. The benefits of BHRT for easing menopause symptoms, improving menstrual health, and supporting overall wellness. Why certain forms of estrogen are safer than others. What you can expect when starting BHRT, including the types of transdermal options I prescribe (like creams, gels, patches, and intravaginal applications). Whether you’re considering BHRT for hormonal balance or general health, this presentation is designed to empower you with the knowledge to make informed decisions about your care. If you’ve been curious or hesitant about BHRT, I hope this session helps answer your questions and eases your concerns. Please feel free to reach out if you still have concerns!
This is where everything starts to come together—and where we go deeper. After your initial assessment, I take time to step back and connect the patterns in your case so we can refine your plan with more clarity and precision. In this visit, we review any lab work and translate it into something meaningful, reassess how your body responded to the initial recommendations, and use that feedback to uncover deeper root causes that may not have been fully visible before. From there, we fine-tune your treatment plan into something more targeted, aligned, and effective, with clear short-term and long-term goals to guide you. You’ll leave with a stronger understanding of your body, a plan that feels personalized to you, and the confidence of knowing exactly how to move forward.

A brief introductory call (up to 12 minutes) to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. This time is intended for those who are seriously considering care and want to learn more about my approach, ask a few focused questions, and ensure our goals and values align. While I’m happy to provide clarity on how I work, this session is not designed for in-depth health concerns or personalized treatment advice.
Your initial assessment is designed to uncover what's really driving your symptoms and give you a clear, evidence-informed roadmap toward better health. Rather than simply treating individual symptoms, we'll connect the dots, identify the most likely root causes, and develop a personalized plan that's tailored to your body and your goals. We'll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and the factors that may be influencing your wellbeing. Instead of looking at each concern in isolation, we'll piece everything together to create a complete clinical picture. By the end of your visit, you'll have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms, a discussion of the most likely diagnosis or underlying causes, a personalized treatment plan to get started right away, and recommendations for any laboratory testing needed to confirm or refine our findings. At your Clinical Strategy visit, we'll review your progress, interpret your test results, and adjust your diagnosis and treatment plan as needed to ensure you're moving in the right direction.
