Over the years, I’ve developed a structured, integrative approach to understanding how neuromusculoskeletal pain and dysfunction arise and persist. My focus is on providing individualized, hands-on care combined with guided movement strategies that support recovery and long-term function. I describe this approach as Integrative Manual Therapy and Active Rehabilitation.
Care begins with a detailed assessment and a clear explanation of what may be contributing to your symptoms. Treatment may include a combination of chiropractic joint manipulation and mobilization, contemporary neuro-anatomical acupuncture, advanced soft-tissue and fascial techniques (including Fascial Distortion Model and instrument-assisted methods), shockwave therapy, laser therapy (photobiomodulation), frequency-specific microcurrent, and kinesiology taping. Techniques are selected and combined based on clinical findings, goals, and stage of recovery.
As symptoms improve, care transitions toward active rehabilitation, including individualized exercises, movement retraining, and postural strategies designed to improve tolerance to load and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
A central part of my work is helping patients understand why symptoms may be occurring and what practical steps can support more durable improvement. My goal is to provide clear guidance, effective care, and a structured path back to confident movement and daily function.

EMTT uses high-energy electromagnetic pulses to reach deep musculoskeletal tissue (up to 18 cm in depth) and restore normal cellular function. Distinct from standard PEMF therapy in field strength and effective depth, EMTT supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and reaches conditions difficult to address with other modalities. Typical indications include osteoarthritis, chronic back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, deep tendinopathies, and bone marrow edema. FSM delivers very low-level electrical currents at specific frequencies matched to particular tissues and conditions. The current is so small (measured in millionths of an amp, the same magnitude as the body’s own cellular currents) that it is usually imperceptible, but works through the principle of biologic resonance to increase ATP production, reduce inflammation, and accelerate tissue repair at the cellular level. Typical indications include fibromyalgia associated with cervical spine injury, nerve pain and neuropathy, scar tissue and adhesions, disc-related pain, post-concussion symptoms, post-surgical recovery, and slow-healing tissues. Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate tissue repair, accelerate healing, reduce chronic pain, and break down calcific deposits in tendons. ONE80 Health uses two complementary technologies. Focused Shock Wave is precisely targeted to deep tissue (up to 125 mm) and is particularly effective for chronic tendinopathies, calcific deposits, and bone-tendon junction conditions. Radial Shock Wave acts more superficially (up to 50 mm) and is ideal for broad muscular regions, myofascial pain syndromes, and trigger points. The two are often combined in a single protocol.
