Dr. Nicole Legg completed her MSc and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Victoria, where she was trained in therapy, psychological assessments, and conducting scientific research. Dr. Legg completed her Clinical Psychology Residency at Royal Columbian Hospital through Fraser Health Authority, and is a Licensed Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals in BC (formerly the College of Psychologists of BC).

Dr. Legg has been providing diagnostic psychological assessments, including ADHD assessments, for several years. Additionally, Dr. Legg is trained in multiple types of therapy including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure trauma therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and behavioural medicine. At LTT, Nicole provides mental health diagnostic assessments and ADHD assessments.

She ensures that all of her clients understand their mental health symptoms and/or diagnoses, why their symptoms may have developed, and the most evidence-based treatments and strategies for their specific concerns. Nicole works with mature minors/adults aged 16+. Nicole creates a genuine, compassionate, and trusting therapeutic relationship that facilitates self-acceptance, growth, and sustainable change.
