Dr. Nicole Smith is a passionate and evidence-informed chiropractor dedicated to helping people move better and feel stronger. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), following an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neurosciences from the University of Guelph and a graduate certificate in Sport Business Management from Durham College. Her diverse academic background supports a well-rounded and functional approach to care.
Nicole uses a variety of treatment techniques tailored to individual needs, including the diversified chiropractic technique, functional rehabilitation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, myofascial release, taping, acupuncture, patient education, and orthotics. Whether addressing pain, improving mobility, or optimizing performance, she is committed to providing patient-centred care.
Nicole believes that movement is medicine—but finding movement that brings joy and fits your lifestyle is even more powerful. She empowers her patients to take an active role in their health and recovery.
Outside the clinic, Nicole lives what she teaches. She keeps active through weightlifting, boxing, walking, and swimming. She also enjoys music, experimenting in the kitchen, and discovering new ways to support her own wellness.
Nicole is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to helping individuals of all backgrounds reach their movement and wellness goals.

Acupuncture as a stand alone intervention.
Acupuncture in Addition to a Subsequent Visit is a session in which the first 20 minutes of the visit will include a hands on intervention by the practitioner and the latter 20 minutes will be the Acupuncture treatment.
If acupuncture is required as a treatment intervention after the history, physical and diagnosis has been communicated and it has been decided that in addition to the treatment plan it will be an extra intervention used.

The initial visit is where the Chiropractor will perform a history, physical and provide a diagnosis and a treatment as long as further consultation or imaging is not required. Rehabilitation strategies also may be discussed at this appointment.
A subsequent treatment will be provided by the practitioner and may include spinal mobilization or manipulation, soft tissue therapy, or certain modalities such as ultrasound therapy, current or laser therapy. Rehabilitation exercises and stretches may be provided and monitored.
There are a number of tests that will be done so that you will have a Baseline for Concussion.

A subsequent visit will be provided by the practitioner and may include spinal mobilization or manipulation, soft tissue therapy as well as other modalities such as ultrasound, current or laser therapy. Rehabilitation exercises and stretches may be provided and monitored.
The patient will be evaluated for Concussion using a variety of tests. They will be given rehabilitation strategies and next steps. This may include treatment if in the treatment plan.
The patient will be assessed and casted for Custom Orthotics. Custom Orthotics with Shoes/Sandals are also available but are at an increased cost. Please ask your practitioner for further details if required.
This Evaluation is for patients currently under care and is a re-evaluation of their progress under care. A variety of tests will be administered. Please note the fee does not include a hands on intervention if required.
Spinal Decompression as a stand alone intervention without a chiropractic hands on intervention.
Spinal Decompression Therapy ( 2 regions) in addition to a Subsequent Visit is a session in which the first 20 minutes of the visit will include hands on intervention by the practitioner and the latter 40 minutes will be Spinal Decompression.
