Our staff will be taking a mid-week stretch to regroup and centre! On Wednesday’s from 12:00-12:30pm, we will be joining together in our Studio for a gentle Yin yoga/meditation practice. Our 30-minute class is sometimes lead by a yoga instructor, other times we watch a guided video or Dr. Katherine Willow, N.D. leads the session.
