Dr Olexa Chewpa holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours) from the University of Ottawa and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. He is passionate about optimizing nervous system function especially as found in trauma and movement disorders, sports injuries of all kinds, concussion, traumatic brain injury, vertigo, focus issues, and vestibular imbalances.
Dr Chewpa has a rich background in competitive sports including soccer and alpine ski racing, and he places a high value on doctor patient partnership in the managing of treatment goals.
Additionally, he is a member of IANFR and is certified in the Mellilo Method, which focuses on the treatment of neurobehavioral disorders.
Dr Olexa spends his free time trail running, cycling and skiing. When he's not out on the trails, he can be found reading up on the latest literature in the fields of wellness, longevity, and neurology, more often than not with a fire nearby!
