This follow-up appointment is focused on continuing your care based on your individualized treatment plan. During this visit, we will review your progress, address any changes in symptoms, and provide appropriate chiropractic treatment. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, manual therapy, and/or supportive techniques to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and support your overall function. These sessions are typically shorter than the initial assessment and are designed to keep you progressing toward your health goals.

This initial assessment is a comprehensive first visit focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals for care. During this appointment, we will review your medical history, discuss any pain, injuries, or mobility issues, and perform a thorough physical examination, which may include posture, movement, and spinal assessment. Based on the findings, we will provide a working diagnosis and outline a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. If appropriate, your first treatment may be included during this visit. This appointment is also an opportunity to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of how chiropractic care can support your health and recovery.

This appointment is reserved for new issues requiring a full evaluation or for those who have not seen our chiropractor in over 3 months. If you have a new injury that has not been seen by one of our doctors, please book this appointment!
