Dr. Omayma is committed to providing compassionate, deeply holistic, patient-centered care and ongoing support throughout each patient's health and wellness journey. Guided by a body–mind–spirit philosophy, she believes that true healing occurs when the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health are addressed together.

Dr. Omayma believes in the body's innate ability to heal when given the right support. She recognizes that health is more than the absence of disease—it is a state of balance, vitality, and connection.
Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Through personalized naturopathic care, she helps patients uncover the root causes of their concerns and strengthen the foundations of health through nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress management, movement, and emotional well-being. She also integrates evidence-informed manual therapies, including acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and other hands-on treatments, to promote relaxation, reduce pain, support nervous system regulation.
By fostering sustainable and realistic changes, Dr. Omayma supports patients in building resilience, restoring balance, and creating the conditions for healing to occur naturally. Her approach is centered on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, cultivate lasting vitality, and make health and wellness a natural part of everyday life.

Dr. Omayma has a special interest in supporting patients with mental health disorders, chronic conditions, chronic pain, stress-related disorders & burnout recovery, digestive & gut health, women's health and preventative care. She works collaboratively with patients to develop realistic and personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of illness while supporting symptom management and overall quality of life.
Education & professional associations:
Dr. Omayma graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2025, is registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
In addition to her naturopathic medical training, she is certified Bowen therapist, Reiki master teacher, and has completed trainings in Facial rejuvenating acupuncture, Cupping therapy and Sound healing, which contribute to her holistic approach to patient care.
Dr. Omayma is dedicated to lifelong learning and integrating both traditional healing principles and modern evidence-informed naturopathic medicine to support her patients in achieving optimal health.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that uses precise movements over muscles and connective tissue to support the body’s natural healing processes and restore balance. During your session, we will begin with a brief discussion about your concerns and goals, followed by a personalized Bowen treatment with intentional pauses to allow your body time to respond and integrate. Bowen Therapy promotes deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, tension release, improved mobility, and overall physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is accessible to all regardless of location or time constraints. During this session, You will connect with your Reiki Master, ask any questions for the first 5 min, then they will guide you to relax, perform a 45min reiki energy healing session that will prompt physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You will connect again for 10min to receive messages and guidance for your healing journey.
2.5 hour one on one IBS Intensive Initial Naturopathic consultation with Dr. Ellen Simone, Naturopathic Doctor which includes a focused functional assessment, testing recommendations, a clearly guided naturopathic treatment plan.
On your first visit, your Naturopathic Doctor will listen to your concerns and ask you for more details so they can form a complete picture of all the interrelated health factors. Your Naturopathic Doctor will perform a complaint oriented physical exam to provide objective information about your health concern. When will I start to feel better? Your Naturopathic Doctor's primary goal in working with you is to support you in creating a positive shift towards a state of optimal health. Healing is a process and the timing can vary based on the uniqueness of the individual. At each follow-up consultation your Naturopathic Doctor will re-assess how you are feeling and change the treatment plan accordingly to support your continued movement to a place of healing. We highly recommend that you commit to 6 month treatment plan. Pre-scheduling a follow-up consultation every 4 weeks for the next 6 months is suggested to ensure you stay on track to achieving your wellness goals. During your in-person session, you will begin with a brief consultation (approximately 5 minutes) to connect with your Reiki Master, discuss your intentions for the session, and ask any questions you may have. You will then be invited to relax comfortably while receiving a 45-minute Reiki energy healing treatment in a calm and supportive environment. The session is intended to encourage deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and create the conditions for the body’s natural healing processes to occur. Following the treatment, we will reconnect for approximately 10 minutes to reflect on your experience and share any insights, messages, or guidance that may support you on your healing journey. Each session is unique and offers space for rest, reconnection, and renewal.
This appointment is only available to patients that have been referred by another health practitioner for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy prescribing (topical/vaginal estrogen + progesterone) and thyroid hormone prescribing.
Soulful rebirth is an 8 in person reiki sessions plus 30 min naturopathic consultation made for patients who want long term positive change. This therapy is concentrated on energy detoxification and kick starting your healing journey, as well as support in lifestyle, meditation and yoga, healthy emotion expression and healthy thought observation though creativity. This is an in depth work that requires patients to be ready for intense emotional release, mindset shifts, and setting a new template for a healthier life. All 8 sessions must be scheduled within a 3 months period.
