**Dr. Paul Mutti – Founder & Clinic Director**
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Paul Mutti graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, in 2005. He also earned the designation of Doctor of Natural Medicine from the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors & Practitioners – North America.
After completing his studies, Dr. Paul returned to the Capital Region to open his first clinic, Century Park Pain and Health in South Edmonton, which quickly became an award-winning practice. Over the next two decades, his vision grew into a network of multidisciplinary clinics across Alberta, including Refresh Health and Wellness (Sherwood Park), Dynamic Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre (Spruce Grove), Beaumont Wellness Centre (Beaumont), 360 Wellness clinics in Spruce Grove, Okotoks, St. Albert, and Lethbridge, and Willow Park Physio (Leduc).
A pioneer in the field, Dr. Paul was one of the first to introduce spinal decompression therapy in Alberta—a non-surgical, drug-free treatment designed to address the root cause of spinal pain. In 2008, he founded Spinal Care Canada, expanding access to this innovative therapy across the province.
Today, Dr. Paul’s clinics have evolved into comprehensive health and wellness centres, offering a wide range of services including chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, podiatry, neuropathy care, shockwave therapy, and more. His focus has always been on delivering exceptional patient care, fostering trust, and creating clinics that serve as leaders in their communities.

Spinal decompression is a type of motorized traction that may help relieve back pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine. That changes the force and position of the spine. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine, by creating negative pressure in the disc. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks so they can heal.
