This is for patients ages 13 and older. Extended visits are great for multiple and complex injuries/conditions, and for patients who have not seen our practitioners for more than 5 months and will require a reassessment of a new injury and/or concern. Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue and myofascial release therapy, acupuncture, exercise and rehabilitation. This extended follow-up can be up to 40 minutes.

**Please select this option only if your child is an existing patient of a wellbe chiropractor. This appointment is for children ages 5-12 years old. Extended visits are great for multiple and complex injuries/conditions, and for those patients who have not seen our chiropractors for more than 6 months and will require a reassessment of a new injury and/or concern. Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue/myofascial release therapy, exercise and rehabilitation. This extended follow-up can be up to 40 minutes.

Please book this if you are ages 13 and older. A thorough health history combined with a comprehensive physical examination will help guide a focused treatment for recovery. Treatment will be included in this visit. The initial appointment can be up to 60 minutes in time.

For children ages 5-12 years old. This initial appointment can be up to 45 minutes.

For infants and toddlers ages 0-4. The examination will include milestone and motor assessments, and a reflex check that will help guide a focused yet gentle treatment for recovery. This initial appointment can be up to 45 minutes.

Are orthotics are right for you? Come in for 15 minute consultation - including a biomechanics assessment, gait scan analysis and footwear analysis. We provide all necessary information needed for full insurance reimbursement if orthotics are ordered.
