Dr. Rachel Green was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario but now calls Burlington her home. Her passion for health & fitness began at a young age when she competed in high level basketball programs around North America. This led her to pursue studying the human body at the University of Windsor, and graduate with a Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics-Movement Science (Hons). During her studies, Dr. Green competed in numerous bikini/physique competitions, which led her to gain firsthand experience of how chiropractic care can optimize performance, address root causes, and support a proactive approach to health and wellness. It was from these experiences that she went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario.
Now in practice, Dr. Green has a special interest in optimizing women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatric care, family wellness and performance-based care for all ages and stages of life! She uses a diverse range of treatment techniques which include chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, MPS Therapy (C-Section Scar Release) and rehabilitative exercise & education.
Dr. Green is certified in Perinatal Care with Webster Certification through the ICPA, PIPS (Pediatric Intraoral Palate Specific) Technique, Postural Neurology Certification and BioFlex Laser Certification.
Lastly, Dr. Green aims to help as many women around the world as possible so she co-founded The Align Lifestyle; an online health & physique coaching platform that focuses on female body recomposition and health optimization!

Book this after you've had your initial assessment at Empact Wellness. Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy for Cesarean Scar Release. MPS Therapy is a Health Canada and FDA approved treatment, for cesarean section scar release and pain relief. Please book at a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum.
