In this visit, we will either create a treatment plan or follow up on an existing treatment plan. Any relevant physical exams may also be done during this visit. Should this visit be shorter or longer than you are booked for, you will be charged according to your time with Rachel.

As of January 1, 2026, all new patients must book a meet and greet first to determine if we are a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, then you will be booked in for your initial appointment! This is a 90-minute appointment where we will cover: your medical history, family history, emotional patterns, larger spiritual concerns, sleep, diet, digestion, stress, any previous lab work and many other aspects of your life. No treatment is given during this appointment.

This is intended for shorter follow-ups and uncomplicated acute conditions, or as a follow-up to an email enquiry that requires more attention than can be given in an email response.

This option is recommended for older children who can sit still for longer, or more complex cases that may require looking through bloodwork, making referrals, or writing prescriptions during the appointment.
