Growing up, I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare. Through my own health journey I discovered naturopathic medicine, an experience which inspired me to pursue a career as a naturopathic doctor.
I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take the time to truly understand patients, their health history, concerns and goals, so I can support and empower them to make informed decisions about their health.
I have a strong interest in digestive health, stress management, burnout, anxiety, and women's health.
Outside of practice, I enjoy reading, baking, painting and sketching, and spending time outdoors.
