Rae LaBerge is a **Doctor of Acupuncture**, **Board-Certified Reproductive Acupuncturist**, and **Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant™️**
She holds advanced training in both Eastern and Western reproductive medicine and is a proud Fellow of the **Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine** [ABORM](https://aborm.org/) —the highest certification for acupuncture professionals specializing in fertility and reproductive health.
Rae completed her Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine diploma at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018. Prior to that, she spent over eight years working in pharmacy, where she developed a deep respect for conventional medicine—and saw firsthand where more holistic, empowering care was needed. This experience inspired her to offer safe, evidence-based treatments that address the root cause, support the whole person, and integrate seamlessly with conventional care when appropriate.
Her own experience overcoming hormonal health challenges and secondary amenorrhea through acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and nutrition fuels her passion for helping others find lasting solutions.
**APPROACH:**
Rae works closely with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan, blending acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dry needling, cupping, nutrition, and lifestyle therapy. She also integrates lab work and partners with other healthcare providers whenever it can better support her patients' goals.
She provides specialized support in reproductive health, helping individuals optimize fertility, balance hormones, and navigate pregnancy through a collaborative, evidence-based approach. Helping people achieve their goals and grow their families is the most rewarding aspect of her work.
When she's not in the clinic, you’ll often find Rae training for ultramarathons, chasing mountain summits with her partner and friends, or diving into her next learning adventure.
