Dr. Contreras attended the University of Saskatchewan and received his degree in Kinesiology, then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in California from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He believes that movement is medicine and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to help you move better and feel better, ultimately achieving your goals.
