Robin Walsh is a Naturopathic Doctor and Nutritionist who has been inspiring thousands of people over the past decade to optimize their health through lifestyle changes.
As the Vibrant Living clinic owner and mom of a 12 year old girl and 8 year old twins, she understands the importance of balance and coaches individuals on how to make health a priority despite their individual stressors or life conditions. While having a holistic naturopathic approach with patients, she has taken a strong interest and puts emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle coaching. The primary focus of her practice is weight loss, or more importantly optimizing body composition. Optimal body composition plays a central role in the prevention and treatment of long term diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, obesity and cancer. She continually strives to encourage, coach and support every patient in making lifestyle changes in order to achieve their own individual optimal health and fitness goals.
She also has a keen interest in women’s health and from a lifestyle and nutrition perspective helps conditions such as fertility concerns, PCOS, PMS and other menstrual complaints and menopause.
Robin holds professional memberships with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is licensed in Ontario through the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario (CONO). Robin is certified in First Line Therapy (FLT), which is an advanced certification program in recognizing the barriers to weight loss and helping patients achieve optimal body composition.

This appointment is an In-Person appointment for existing patients of Dr. Anita, seeking an extended 60min consult, OR if you have not seen her within 2-5 yrs. This allows time for a reassessment and time to formulate a new treatment plan.
Initial naturopathic visit is 75 min in length and you will discuss your health history and your individualized goals. Treatment is based on each individual case, using various Naturopathic tools including clinical nutrition, lifestyle modifications, botanical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture. An initial visit is also for those seeking to help improve pre-pregnancy health and fertility. Naturopathic medicine also works well in combination with medical fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF.
This initial naturopathic visit is for children 10 years of age and younger.
