Dr. Rylee MacGregor, ND is a registered naturopathic doctor who believes in an integrated and collaborative approach to healthcare, targeted towards preventative medicine, understanding the root cause of health concerns, and treating the entire person.

Dr. Rylee completed the Doctor of Naturopathy program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, where she was an intern on the Sports Medicine & Pain Management focus shift. With an athletic background as a varsity figure skater for the University of Guelph, she is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and promote healing. Dr. Rylee’s additional interests and areas of focus include hormonal health, digestion, and skin health.

A strong believer in a multifaceted approach, Dr. Rylee’s recommendations may include diet and lifestyle interventions, botanical and nutritional supplements, blood work and functional testing, acupuncture and cupping, and more. With each patient, she strives to work together to create and deliver an individualized treatment plan that is going to be both sustainable and effective in helping you reach your health goals.
