Born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Dr. Sidhu is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals live healthier, pain-free lives. As a lifelong soccer player, she developed an appreciation for the human body’s ability to adapt and recover. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University before graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto.
Dr. Sidhu enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, with special interests in sports performance and women’s health. Dr. Sidhu takes a hands-on personalized approach to care, using spinal and joint adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and movement education to help her patients recover from injuries, improve performance, and empower them to move confidently and live pain-free.
When she’s not in clinic, you’ll likely find her on the soccer field, hiking local trails, at the gym, or exploring new places around the world. With a passion for helping people reach their health goals, Dr. Sidhu is excited to support every patient on their journey to feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their body.
