Restore’s co-founder, Dr. Sapna, is an **evidence-focused Naturopathic Doctor and North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner** with a genuine passion for helping her patients stay strong throughout their lives.
While she supports a wide range of health concerns, Dr. Sapna has particular depth in **perimenopause and menopause care, hormonal health of women from their teens to 30's, fertility optimization, digestive and stress concerns, and sports performance nutrition** (plus, she'll never put you on an elimination diet 😉).
Her approach is proactive, practical, and grounded in evidence. She partners with patients to build **sustainable health plans** using thoughtful **lab testing, nutrition guidance, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and hormone therapy** when appropriate.
Her goal is to have **collaborative and informed discussions to help patients feel supported, and confident in their health.**

**Education and Certifications**
Dr. Sapna is an **honours graduate of Western University’s Human Physiology program** and the **Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine**, and is a **North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.** She has completed advanced training in hormone health, digestive health, and sports nutrition. She has also successfully completed her prescribing and therapeutics examinations.
