Dr. Sara DiBenedetto began her academic journey at York University, earning an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology (Cum Laude). She later completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Donald Bramham Memorial Award in recognition of her academic achievements.
Driven by her passion for movement and human performance, Dr. Sara uses an evidence-based and holistic approach to care. Her treatment plans often integrate manual therapy, acupuncture, personalized exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications. Her goal is to provide patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being. She strives to help people move better and feel better, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic issues, or simply looking to elevate their everyday function.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sara loves staying active through strength training, Pilates, soccer, and volleyball. She also values time with friends, family, and her dog, and enjoys exploring new places. She believes that movement, connection, curiosity, and community are key elements of a well-rounded lifestyle
