Dr. Sarah Henein, is a graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and a licensed Chiropractor as well as a registered Kinesiologist with a passion for evidence informed and patient centered care.
Dr. Sarah takes a holistic approach, integrating spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercise and guidance to support all patients individual goals. She is committed to empowering patients through movement and education to help them return to the activities they love with confidence.
Additionally, Dr. Sarah has a BASc in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber. She also went on to receive a Masters of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Her studies have allowed her to work with a variety of patients in different clinical settings.
Outside of practice, she enjoys staying active in the community by playing soccer, attending spin classes, and spending time with family, friends and pup.
