Dr. Sarah Raynsford is a chiropractor with advanced clinical training and a heart for supporting families through every stage of life. Originally from Tara, Ontario, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University before graduating with honours from Northeast College of Health Sciences. Her diverse clinical placements shaped her passion for paediatric and prenatal care, and she is nearing completion of a 200-hour paediatric certification through the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association.
Dr. Raynsford is dedicated to helping women feel supported and empowered through pregnancy, and she loves working with infants and children to encourage healthy development and ease family life. Thoughtful, evidence-informed, and compassionate care is at the centre of her work. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time outdoors, travelling, visiting wineries, exploring British Columbia with her boyfriend, and skating on a synchronized figure skating team in Burlington.
