Dr. Sarah grew up in Kitchener and received a Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology (Co-Op) with a minor in Medical Physiology from the University of Waterloo. She worked at Modern Healing Chiropractic the year before she attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. Sarah is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Her treatment approach combines evidence-informed chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and patient education to create personalized treatment plans that address the contributing factors to pain - not just the symptoms. She uses a combination of chiropractic adjustments, drop piece adjustments, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, modalities, athletic taping, and exercise prescription to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She believes the best outcomes come from empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to stay healthy even after they leave the clinic.
Having played and coached competitive fastpitch for many years, Dr. Sarah understands the importance of movement, injury prevention, and returning to sport safely. She is excited to give back to her community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys going to the gym, attending sporting events, hiking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
