Dr. Minhas brings over 27 years of experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic to Surrey. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States University in Portland, Oregon.
With a combination of hands on adjustments, certain muscle release techniques and exercise therapy, Dr. Minhas is able to effectively reduce pain and promote healing. The result is a nervous system that performs at its optimum. She will ensure that you receive an appropriate diagnosis and specific treatment addressing your complaint.
Dr. Minhas' treatment utilizes the following: Spinal Manipulative Therapy / Manual Adjustments, Soft Tissue Therapy (Active Release Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Thumper®, etc), Pre and Post-natal Chiropractic, Activator and Custom Fitted Orthotics.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Minhas enjoys an active lifestyle and cherishes time spent with her family.
