About Dr. Mozaffari, ND:
Dr. Mozaffari, ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) in good standing. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), Toronto in 2019, where she obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree.
Dr. Mozaffari, ND also holds a professional membership with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Canadian Association of
Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Kindly note that Dr. Mozaffari, ND manages her practice's administrative tasks personally. To ensure an organized visit, please consider the following:
1. Virtual visits are exclusively available to residents of Ontario, Canada.
2. In-person visits take place at 2 different locations Innisfil ON, and Vaughn, ON.
Innisfil Location: 1081 Innisfil Beach Rd, Innisfil, ON, L9S4B2, inside RZ Training (2nd Floor, Unit#201)
Vaugh Location: 3905 Major MacKenzie Dr W #113, Vaughn, ON (Inside Paywand Medical Centre)
Payment Policy:
- In-person payments: E-transfer to drmozaffarinaturopath@outlook.com (Pre-pay before the appointment), Cash accepted (at the end of the visit).
Invoices will be emailed after your visit.
Insurance Coverage:
While naturopathy is not covered by OHIP, many private insurances provide coverage for naturopathic consultations. We encourage you to explore your insurance policy for naturopathy coverage to ensure accessible care.
Cancellation Policy:

in-person visit
This visit usually lasts up to half an hour, and is recommended for you every 8–12 weeks after your first follow-up. As mentioned above, this time frame may vary depending on your case. We try to follow up on your initial and complementary treatment plans together and figure out if you need any extra support or changes in your treatment plan. You are welcome to bring a new concern to this appointment.
Dr. Mozaffari, ND as your Naturopath, takes a detailed history from you, including a history of presenting illness, past medical history, family history, social history, and any history of food and medication allergies. In addition, she goes over a list of your current and previously prescribed medication(s) or dietary supplements. Dr. Mozaffari, ND will assess your stress, mood, sleep, energy, diet, and level of physical activity. If your appointment is in person, she may perform some related physical exams if indicated. At the end of this session, she will discuss your naturopathic assessment and provide you with an individualized treatment plan based on all the information She has gathered from you. In some cases, for your best interest and as a part of your treatment plan, Dr. Mozaffari, ND may recommend referring you to your family physician for a couple of blood tests and further evaluations.
30 min- $85 , In-Person.
This visit usually lasts up to half an hour, and is recommended for you every 8–12 weeks after your first follow-up. As mentioned above, this time frame may vary depending on your case. 45 min- $110, In- person.
This session usually lasts up to 60 minutes and occurs between 4 and 8 weeks after your initial assessment. However, this time frame may slightly vary depending on your individualized treatment plan. Dr. Mozaffari, ND will discuss how you are doing with your initial treatment plan provided at your first visit. Also she will re-evaluate your physical and emotional symptoms together. A complementary treatment plan may be provided for you according to re-evaluation.
In-Person
60 min- $180, In-Person.

During this free session, you are welcome to ask your questions about naturopathy and your naturopath's general approach toward your health conditions. Please note that no detailed history taking, physical exams, or individualized treatment plans will be provided during this session.
