Dr. Shannon Kelly, originally from Ripley, ON, has been a member of the Millbrook community since 2010. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at McMaster University. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 2013 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation she attended the McMaster University Contemporary Acupuncture program, adding acupuncture to the toolbox she uses with her patients.
Dr. Kelly also holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), supporting clients through an integrative approach to physical and mental health.
With years of experience, Dr. Kelly is capable of assessing your body, diagnosing your injury, and creating a custom plan to manage your pain and optimize your health. Dr. Kelly uses an evidence-based approach to care in order to help patients live their best pain-free life. She uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation, acupuncture, education, and rehab to help patients reach their goals.

An orthotic assessment involves a biomechanical assessment, gait analysis and custom orthotic molding. This is paired with a subsequent visit.
A detailed history, physical, diagnosis and report of findings will be delivered. Treatment is included in your initial visit based on the report of findings.
Please book this appointment if you are returning to Cavan Chiropractic after 6 months or if you have a new injury or condition. This will allow us sufficient time to properly assess, diagnose and treat your condition.
This can include: spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, cupping and much more!
