Dr. Shawn Bruce is originally from Prince Edward Island and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. He gained experience as a military medic and went on to graduating with his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
He is motivated to help guide and assist individuals with achieving their recovery and performance goals and commonly treats general wellness, acute and chronic joint and muscle conditions, headaches, migraines and sports injuries.
Dr. Shawn uses a collaborative multimodal evidence-based approach which utilizes a combination of diversified chiropractic manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture/dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Dr. Shawn enjoys spending time with family, hiking, biking and all things fitness related, as well as listening to music and relaxing on the beach.
