With a background as a Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, and Personal Trainer, he treats each patient through a biopsychosocial lens—addressing injuries while considering lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being.
His evidence-informed care includes myofascial release therapy (MRT), spinal and extremity adjustments, kinesiology taping, cupping, IASTM, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy, alongside ergonomic guidance and personalized exercise planning for lasting results.
