I came to chiropractic as a second career after being an actor, writer, and teacher, and in 2007 I graduated Magna Cum Laude and class valedictorian from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

I enjoy a varied practice and love working with patients from all walks of life and all activity levels. Thanks to my theatre background, I maintain a

strong connection with the local arts community, and am always open to the various challenges that a performing artist brings to the clinic. As a recreational athlete with 5 full marathons under my belt and many years of weight training and yoga practice, I am excited to cheer my patients on to their next activity goal - whether it’s a first-time walk around the block

I experienced first-hand the importance of chiropractic care throughout pregnancy and the post-natal period, and I am always honoured to be a

part of the team for pregnant patients, new parents, and children of all ages.

Due to my teaching background, one of my passions is ensuring that every patient fully understands how and why chiropractic can help. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, answering your questions and helping you reach optimal health so that you can fully enjoy your life and family.
