In practice, Dr. Wang believes optimum health can only be obtained through a team approach where the patient is the team leader. As part of the team Balanced Body, Dr. Wang utilizes Acupuncture, Functional Range Release, spinal manipulation, ergonomic evaluation and activities of daily living modification as part of a holistic team based treatment plan, customized for each patient.
Dr. Wang is passionate about everyday ergonomics. He believes that many body pains and problems are because of poor habits and positions that slowly and consistently strain our bodies throughout the day and during sleep. Small changes to the big things (work, sitting, sleeping) can stop the cycle of consistently hurting ourselves everyday.
Dr. Wang enjoys playing beach volleyball and wakeboarding when he gets to have “Wang time”.

For localized problems such as flat feet, over-pronation, bunions, foot pain or more complex issues of ankle, knee, hip or low back pain - orthotics may help. Custom orthotics are designed to support the structures of your foot that cause pain or abnormal functioning by correcting foot mechanics when you are walking, running, doing weight-bearing exercise and even with standing. Along with custom orthotics, an individualized treatment plan for the affected muscles/tendons including manual therapy and exercise/rehab is key to resolving problems stemming from the feet. Recommendations for orthotics are specific person-to-person and may not benefit all. Please consult with one of our experts to learn more if this is right for you.
