As a naturopathic doctor, I am deeply committed to helping my patients achieve optimal health and wellness by addressing the root cause of their health concerns.

I have a special interest in the mind-skin-gut connection and I am particularly interested in how they influence one another. The health of these systems are deeply interconnected and addressing imbalances in one can positively impact the others.

Through my training and clinical experience, I have come to understand the powerful role that nutrition, stress management, and other lifestyle factors play in maintaining our health.

I use a variety of evidence-based natural therapies to help my patients achieve balance and improve their overall health and well-being.
