Dr. Kotys has a profound interest in metabolic health and primary disease prevention. She helps patients who have high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, fatty liver and cardiovascular disease, with evidence-based interventions such as herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutritional therapy and lifestyle modifications.
