Dr. Stefania Iovine, ND is passionate about helping you get to the root of your health concerns. Her approach to healthcare is comprehensive and accounts for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual. She attempts to piece together how each individuals unique life experiences may be contributing to their current health state. Dr. Stefania’s goal is to help her patients recognize and remove obstacles that stand in the way of reaching their goals, and empower her patients to take an active role in their health journey.
Dr. Stefania welcomes patients of all ages and health concerns! She has a special interest being an advocate for those suffering from complex chronic conditions that feel they are not receiving the care they deserve. She is trained in treating a wide range of conditions including but not limited to: chronic pain and fatigue, stress and burnout, digestive complaints, weight loss and/or gain, hormonal complaints such as pre-menstrual symptoms (PMS), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), thyroid dysfunction, and conditions such as elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, and overall health promotion and disease prevention. In addition, she is trained in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, which naturally addresses common concerns such as wrinkles, sagging skin, scars, oily skin, and dark circles.
Dr. Stefania graduated with distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University obtaining her Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences with a Triple Minor in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. She then went on to complete her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she was accepted into the Fibromyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome focus shift. She also holds a certificate in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

This will be a time to review how you are feeling on the initial treatment plan, review additional labs, make adjustments, and move forward with further treatment recommendations.
