Dr. Stephanie Alexopulos is a Chiropractor who graduated with high honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2019. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo with a minor in Nutrition.

After receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Alexopulos enrolled to become a **clinical sciences resident** at CMCC to advance the Chiropractic profession both as a researcher and future leader. At the same time, she completed her **Masters’ degree at the University of Toronto in the graduate program Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation**.
Dr. Alexopulos manages her patients under an evidence-based model and individualizes the plans of management to the patient. Her treatment plans include a combination of manual therapy, chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, function integrated acupuncture, active rehabilitation, patient education and reassurance.

A face to face video session with the Doctor. It is conducted through a secure video stream that is HIPAA compliant. You will be able to virtually meet and discuss your condition, review exercises, and home care. This consultation will be 15-20 minutes in length.
