AjouterStephanie has been a chiropractor for 14 years. She was interested in prenatal care early on in her career but after becoming a mom, she found a huge gap in the postnatal care that she wanted to help fill. With a focus on community, support and connection, she prides herself on raising the standard of care provided postpartum.
Stephanie received her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and then went on to pursue additional training with a focus in women's health, prenatal, postnatal and pediatric wellness. She is also Webster Technique Certified with further training in DNS Pediatrics, retained primitive reflexes, functional movement and rehabilitation, and various myofascial and muscle release techniques. Passionate about the work she does, she supports women and their little ones through movement, breath, education and nervous system regulation.

This postnatal follow up visit is for existing patients who have been seen throughout their pregnancy and are being seen for the first time since having baby. The 40 visit appointment allows for a re-assessment, chiropractic treatment and time to review at home restorative exercises to promote the healing process.
