Dr. Stephanie has always been interested in health care and first pursued an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph. She then studied for 4 years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. She completed her Prescribing and Therapeutics exam and can administer vitamin injections and prescriptions (bioidentical hormones, dessicated thyroid) to her patients. She also has her doula certification and loves to attend births for moms-to-be.
Dr. Stephanie is passionate about women's health and fertility. She loves to help women thrive and support each other through all of life's changes and stages, including hormone balance, pregnancy, postpartum and into and beyond menopause. She loves listening to and helping women because it empowers them, their families, friends, co-workers and the larger community. Other clinical interests include digestive health, thyroid concerns and fatigue.
Outside of the office, you'll find her at your local coffee shop, out biking with her sons or playing with her two golden retrievers!
