Dr. Stephanie uses a scientific evidence-based approach to teach, treat, and help patients find the root of their health concerns. She believes that creating realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes are key to long term health success. Her treatment plans include nutritional counselling, acupuncture, cupping, herbs, and supplements to help treat her patients.
Dr. Stephanie has always been interested in health care and first pursued an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph. She then studied for 4 years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. During her clinical rotations, she was selected for the Women’s Health and Fertility shift, where she became passionate about helping females of all ages.
Her other clinical interests are stress management, as well as digestive, hormonal, and thyroid health concerns.
