I graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario and completed my BSc. Honours in Kinesiology at York University. During my undergraduate I received the Golden Key Award, achieving the top 15% in my class and completed my National Coaching Certification Program for the Coaching Association of Canada. I have over 8 years of experience working with athletes of varying levels, from team sport to 1-on-1 personal training, a core value of my brand has always been coaching from the heart.
A passion of mine is focusing on personal care that prioritizes the needs of the individual in achieving their goals to help transform their lives with the use of manual care and exercise. My experience in multiple fields and in working with many people has allowed me to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions involving the spine, muscles, joints, TMJ, headaches and sports related injuries.
As a previous athlete, a high school provincial doubles tennis champion and recreational basketball coach, I know what it feels like to not be able to play at peak performance. My goal is to help my patients live pain-free, trust in the capabilities of their body and achieve their version of optimal performance!

Subsequent visit that includes chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue/muscle work, mobilizations and any other indicated modality as per patient treatment plan.
For those that require more time per session and want to book a 30min treatment instead of a 15min. This is recommended if you are only able to make it in for one day of the week and your treatment plan suggests twice a week, or if you have more than one area of injury (it may be indicated). Please speak with your doctor regarding this.
Initial appointment to be booked for the first time seeing Dr. Tamara, this is a one time fee for a full assessment, health history and treatment. Maximum of 2-3 body sites (Ex. Neck, shoulder and mid back) assess on first visits. First treatment will only be possible if deemed safe and time permitting.
This appointment is to be booked if you have not been in for a period of 6 months, if you have a new area of concern that has not been assessed before, or if you have an ongoing area of concern that has been re-injured.
