Dr. Clarke is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in hormonal health, digestive concerns, health optimization, and sports medicine. She is passionate about helping active individuals overcome barriers to feeling and performing their best.
As a former varsity volleyball player, Dr. Clarke experienced firsthand the impact that injuries, hormonal challenges, and stress can have on performance, recovery, and overall well-being. These experiences shaped her approach to medicine and continue to fuel her passion for helping patients navigate similar challenges. Through her own journey, she recognized a gap in care for active individuals seeking support beyond symptom management—care that considers the whole person.
Dr. Clarke completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University before earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She later completed a residency in sports medicine, further deepening her understanding of injury recovery, performance optimization, and long-term health.
