Dr. Tandia Termuende completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the university of Victoria, and her doctor of chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Tandia's areas of interest include back and pelvic pain, neck pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatric care, post-concussion symptoms, TMJ disorder, headaches, shoulder injuries, running injuries, and athletic performance. Tandia is Webster certified and has additional experience and a strong passion for working with pregnant individuals as well as infants.
Tandia grew up on the Sunshine Coast surrounded by outdoor activities which sparked a passion for promoting exercise and well-being. She has been involved in various sports her entire life, competing in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. She has worked with the university of Victoria rugby and field hockey teams, in an adaptive gym for individuals with mental and physical disabilities, as a CSEP certified personal trainer, and as a Special Olympics soccer coach. Additionally, she worked as a chiropractic intern under the former olympic chiropractor for the United States Olympic and Paralympic committee.
Tandia believes in giving individuals the tools they need to improve and succeed on their own by addressing the Biopsychosocial components of injuries rather than solely on the symptoms. She uses ART soft tissue release, cupping, postural assessments, strength training, kinesiotaping, and manipulation therapy to help patients feel and perform at their best.

This is an extended session that will include more of a focus on rehab and strength-based training in addition to muscle work and joint mobilizations as offered in other subsequent visits.

This comprehensive assessment evaluates your baby's latch, oral function, tongue mobility, whole-body movement, and early motor development. Because the mouth is connected to the rest of the body through the fascial system, restrictions affecting oral function can also influence posture, movement, feeding mechanics, and nervous system regulation. Treatment may include gentle, evidence-informed manual therapy, positioning strategies, and individualized exercises to improve feeding efficiency, reduce tension, and support optimal development.
