Dr. Tannaz Mokhtari is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with over 20 years of clinical experience helping individuals restore balance and vitality through personalized, evidence-based care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at York University and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Mokhtari is deeply passionate about empowering women through their midlife health journey. Her clinical focus includes metabolic health and weight management, hormonal balance, and menopause care. She also provides individualized nutrition plans through the Metabolic Balance® program, facial rejuvenation acupuncture, and comprehensive laboratory and functional testing to guide personalized treatment strategies.
Her signature EMPOWER program helps patients identify and overcome obstacles to better health—cultivating physical, emotional, and metabolic well-being. Guided by her philosophy of “health-wealth”—the belief that true wealth begins with optimal health—Dr. Mokhtari is dedicated to helping her patients feel energized, confident, and in control of their well-being.
Outside of practice, Dr. Mokhtari enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new recipes, and creating her signature cheesecakes. She values staying active and cherishes time with her family.
