Dr. Taryn Holmes brings her passion for health, movement, and community to her work every day. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Saint John, she went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College—graduating Cum Laude. Dr. Taryn practices with an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to care.
Taryn has always loved being part of a team. As a lifelong athlete and now a basketball coach at the high school she used to go to, she understands the importance of staying active, injury-free, and performing at your best—no matter your age or activity level.
In practice, Dr. Taryn treats a wide range of concerns, from acute injuries and chronic pain, to pregnancy, general wellness and prevention. She combines hands-on chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, personalized rehab exercises, and practical education to help her patients move and feel better. She uses these different techniques to treat a wide age range of people from infants to older adults.
Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone simply looking to feel more comfortable in your body, Dr. Taryn is dedicated to finding the right care plan for you. Her goal is simple: to help you live life with less pain and more freedom.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her strength training, walking the trails, or paddle boarding on a sunny day. She’s proud to be back in her hometown, making a difference in the lives of those in Saint John and the surrounding communities.
