This appointment is appropriate for existing chiropractic patients who have not been to Creekside for GREATER THAN 1 YEAR. This extra time allows our Chiropractors to review any changes to your health history, thoroughly evaluate your new complaint, in addition to updating consent to treatment. During a Telehealth initial visit with a chiropractor, you'll have a virtual consultation where the chiropractor reviews your medical history and current symptoms through video conferencing. They may guide you through a series of movements to assess your condition remotely. Based on their evaluation, they will discuss potential treatment options and create a personalized plan for your care.
