The goal of this visit it to understand what you're coming in with, and find as many clues as possible to determine the best course of action. This assessment will include a thorough history, functional scans, neurological exam, and may include x-rays.

The purpose of this assessment is to determine if someone with kyphosis is a candidate for the most advanced kyphosis bracing option, the Kyphobrace, offered through ScoliCare. Our Kyphosis Assessment includes a thorough evaluation, x-ray imaging, and advanced scanning technology totaling up to $520. Additional appointments will be scheduled upon booking.

This thorough assessment is designed for those of you who are experiencing any of the following: vertigo (dizziness), post concussion symptoms, lack of concentration, memory concerns and/or cognitive rigidity. This assessment focuses on the functional areas of your brain to determine if there is one area that stands out in terms of poor performance in comparison to others. The goal then is to find a treatment that can improve the function of that area. Cold laser (also known as low level laser therapy) stands out from other lasers in that it does not work by heating tissues (which brings increased blood flow to an area), but instead it uses wavelengths of light to directly target, and literally vibrate, the tiny parts of your cells involved in the healing process. With no heat being generated, we can laser brain tissue to help with neurological rehab. However, the settings can be changed to help with a wide range of conditions throughout the body to help speed up the healing process, from pre and post surgical sites, to broken bones, to inflammatory conditions like plantar fasciitis, to whiplash and many more. There are few to no adverse side effects of the laser, and this consultation is designed to make sure laser is a good fit for your health goals. If there are no contraindications, we can laser you on the same day!
