Dr. Travis McIndoe
Dr Travis McIndoe (DTCM) is both an acupuncturist and master herbalist. He has received a Masters degree in acupuncture with a special focus in the treatment of pain from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the #1 ranked Chinese medicine university in China. He has lived in Asia for over ten years and has received advanced training in Taiwan and China in treating pain, infertility, depression, and many other conditions. He has obtained certificates from Zhe Zhang University of Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and and the Taiwan International Medical Training Center in Taipei. Travis has also interned as an acupuncturist at Taipei Hospital, Nanjing University Hospital, and Zhe Jiang University hospital. He has studied acupuncture with and been taught by some of the top acupuncturists from China, Taiwan, and North America learning powerful techniques capable of producing dramatic results in short periods of time. He has traveled great distances from Sri Lanka to China to Costa Rica to learn from the most renown acupuncturists and clinical herbalists, spending time with them and interning in their clinics. Travis received both Acupuncture and Master Herbalist diplomas from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Facial acupuncture treatments will consist of a pulse and tongue diagnosis to identify physiological imbalances in the body. Your treatment will also include facial acupuncture and needle threading which enhance qi and blood in the face to promote healing, produce collagen, reduce fine lines, wrinkles, tones muscles and skin. A facial massage will be performed to relax muscles, open lymph nodes, and open channels. The end of the treatment will have Gua Sha and facial cupping. This helps break up deposits under the skin, drain lymph fluid, detox face, tone surface, and heal microdermabrasion. Facial acupuncture can show results weeks after receiving treatments and last months. Recommended frequency for Facial Acupuncture: - Targeting extreme issues: 1 to 2 times a week - Anti-aging: Every 1-3 weeks - Maintenance: Every 3 weeks to 3 months
